Refund and Returns Policy

We are unable to accept returns of a Bunya Beef Grazing product as it is perishable and cannot be restocked or resold.

We will advise you of the delivery date, time and location prior to delivery day. It is your responsibility to arrange pick up of your Pack at the advised date, time and delivery location. If you are unable to meet us for delivery, we recommend you arrange an alternative person to pick up your pack and advise us as soon as possible so we can ensure your pack goes to the correct person.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the condition if you are unable to receive the order. If you are not able to pick up your pack or organise an alternative, you will not be refunded as the product will need to be disposed of.

While we make every effort to include your selected preferences, similar cuts may be substituted if required on the day without prior notice. We guarantee quality of the product to the point of delivery.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your Bunya Beef Grazing Beef Pack please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily review any issues you have had and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the product, credit towards your next purchase, or a partial/full refund. We may ask that you provide photos/evidence of the product, label and of the damage reported.
