Our products are transported in our Cool Room from our Butcher at Bell to our Central Delivery Locations across South East QLD.
We will confirm the delivery date, time and location prior to delivery day. It is your responsibility to arrange pick up of your Pack at the advised date, time and delivery location. If you are unable to meet us for delivery, we recommend you arrange an alternative person to pick up your pack and advise us as soon as possible so we can ensure your pack goes to the correct person.
Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the condition if you are unable to receive the order. If you are not able to pick up your pack or organise an alternative, we are unable to refund you, as the product will need to be disposed of (please see our Refund Policy for details).
Your Beef Pack will be delivered in two boxes, weighing approx. 10kg each. The boxes are 30cm x 20cm x 28.5cm and generally slide into a regular size fridge shelf easily, or can fit in a reasonably sized esky. If you’re going home soon after delivery, the meat is well insulated inside the cardboard boxes and vacuum sealed for short journeys, but an Esky/cooler is a good idea especially in summer, or for longer trips.
Cost of pack includes delivery to our Central Delivery Locations throughout South East Queensland. If you live outside these areas, please get in touch so we can identify your closest location or possible new delivery destinations.
